Become A GBMNews Photojournalist

Our community does not get the news coverage that it deserves. GBMNews seeks community minded  photographers who can become our news reporters at local LGBT meetings, activities and events. As a GBMNews  Photojournalist, you would attend events involving gay people of color, take pictures and provide a short accompanying article. To become a Photojournalis: You do not need to be a professional photographer or an experienced journalist. You must pocess a zest to cover the news. You will need to communicate with local groups and stay abreast of their activities. You will need a digital camera and understand how to email or upload photographs for web publishing. GBMNews is a not-for-profit, all volunteer organization. If you want a volunteer job that will give you satisfaction and build your esteem in the community, then this is the job for you!
