MISSOURI CITY, Texas (Black- News.com)-Introducing SAGG(TM) Jean Co. Hip-Hop Urban Clothing, a new African- American owned apparel company is helping set the standard while making important inroads in the controversy surrounding the sagging fashion phenomenon.
There is a cultural and generational gap growing due to the stigma of this fashion statement...school districts across the United States are prohibiting the practice and indecent exposure ordinances are being passed. On the other hand, the American Civil Liberties Union has associated laws against sagging to be racial profiling.
Ultimately, this fashion statement has become a point of contention and an obstruction to communication between the generations.
The company was determined to roll out a new clothing line that they could be proud of and know that they were helping to bridge the communication gap, as well as help draw positive attention to a very important topic.
They feel they are achieving this.
The new site www.sagg.biz will also strive to bring positive light to the merits of allowing freedom of expression in a tasteful manner.
SAGG(TM) Jean Co. is grounded in the concept that the clothing industry and generational cross-dialogue can co-exist; in addition, all of their clothing is sweat-shop free and produced in U.S.
