Justin Smith
Justin B Smith, 28, is a U.S. Air Force Veteran. He grew up in Silver Spring, Maryland but presently resides in Baltimore.

Justin is a Gay Activist. Since 1999 he has worked with various gay organizations including the National Black Justice Coalition, Human Rights Campaign, Equality Maryland, Us Helping Us, and People Into Living Incorporated.

Justin is currently enrolled in school pursuing his degree in Communications and Journalism.

America's first Black mainstream feature length film that deals with gay themed issues expands its nationwide theatrical release.

The movie Dirty Laundry, written and directed by NBJC member, Maurice Jamal will grace the silver screens in Atlanta, Washington, DC and Baltimore, one month after debuting in New York City and Los Angeles.
In addition, Dirty Laundry has also been nominated for an NAACP Image Award in the category of Outstanding Independent or Foreign Film.


The dramatic-comedy starring Rockmond Dunbar (Prison Break), Loretta Devine (This Christmas, First Sunday) Jenifer Lewis, Terri J. Vaughn and Sommore follows a traditional southern family dealing with the return of an estranged son and the many secrets he brings with him.
