I would like to believe that I'm a student & teacher of life. At the beginning of 2007, I relocated from NYC to Charlotte, NC. I've written 4 books of poetry and have just completed my 1st novel. I would like to believe that my life experience may be able to educate others by seeing the world thru my eyes. There's always a point of view, & I'd like to add my flavor. I'm an extremely private person, however, I believe that I can speak for the voices that need to be heard. By Entertainment Correspondent, John Frazier

Yep, you read correctly. And for those of you who are still in shock, I will put it another way. Johnny Depp wants to play Michael Jackson, if and when the maga thriller star's story is brought to the big screen.

I'm not sure of what to make of this. Johnny is, indeed, an excellent actor and has played some strange characters on the big screen. And after "Sweeney Todd" and that "Chocolate Factory" movie (I wasn't crazy about that one) we all know that he can sing but can he sing like the great one, Mr. Michael Jackson? No matter what you say about Michael he is a gifted entertainer and there will never be another like him. Yes, we have Usher, we have Chris Brown, and as entertaining as they may be, as far as original, there's only one Michael. Yes, Michael was able to borrow some of his moves from the late great, Godfather of Soul, Mr. James Brown and the late heartthrob, Mr. Jackie Wilson, but he was able to take it to a higher level.
Johnny's a great actor in his own right, from his debut in "A Nightmare on Elm Street" in 1984, then on television, "21 Jump Street", then back to the big screen, which some of my favorites are "Edward Scissorhand", The "Astronaut's Wife", and in recent years, "Pirates of the Caribbean's".
Yes, he gifted but he's not Michael. Personally, the person to play Michael has not been discovered yet.
