I would like to believe that I'm a student & teacher of life. At the beginning of 2007, I relocated from NYC to Charlotte, NC. I've written 4 books of poetry and have just completed my 1st novel. I would like to believe that my life experience may be able to educate others by seeing the world thru my eyes. There's always a point of view, & I'd like to add my flavor. I'm an extremely private person, however, I believe that I can speak for the voices that need to be heard.

You may recall published through GBMNews.com on 4.8.08, we informed you of the drama concerning the Rapper Diva, Remy Ma, she was in court following, per Remy, the accidental shooting of her former home girl, in the stomach.

Ms. Ma was missing some big bucks and accused Ms. Makeda Barnes of going into her pocket book and stealing. Well Ms. Barnes was shoot and Ms. Ma was sentenced for weapon possession, attempted coercion and for assault.

She could have gotten up to 25 years, however was sentenced to only 8 years, I'm pretty sure with good behavior she will be out sooner than that.

Remy's attorney's plan to appeal. Whenever Ms. Ma is released, I'm sure this will enable her to write of this experience and add to her street credit.

Tune in tomorrow.
