Jamaican "it boy" model Oraine Barrett lands on the cover of the big "Hot List" June/July 2008 double issue of Out Magazine. Feast your eyes on the super gorgeous cover of one of Out¹s biggest issues to date.

This year's "Hot List" features designer Jean Paul Gaultier; Cry-Baby's hot, young, hip-shakin' thespian James Snyder; reunited synth maestros Yaz; a sit-down with Sex and the City creator Michael Patrick King and actress Sarah Jessica Parker; Mamma Mia! star Dominic Cooper; and Black lesbian hip-hop duo KIN. Oraine Barrett hails from St. Elizabeth, Jamaica. Since winning the Pulse's Male Face of Jamaica in 2004, Oraine has not looked back, doing editorials for Arena Homme and was the star of campaigns for Abercrombie & Fitch, John Bartlett and Pepe Jeans.
 
 
 
Oozing sex appeal, Oraine was also featured in Italian Vogue, shot by the legendary fashion photographer Steven Meisel. Meisel has shot some of the most celebrated faces in entertainment - Madonna and Janet Jackson among them - and is credited as a supermodel maker.
 
 
 
The Italian Vogue shoot was one that came by surprise for the model. "They called me and told me that I have a huge casting. When I went on casting, I didn't know it was for Italian Vogue. The day after, the editor called me and told me I got in."
 
 
 
Showing off his strong lithe physique walking the runway, draped in magazine and styled on billboards, Oraine says, "To me this is just a beginning, I can much farther."
