My heart aches for Donnie C., as his mother, Denise Powell Passes, passed away from cancer at the age of 45. I totally understand because my mother was called home to live with God at the age of 35. Ms. Passes battled cancer and finally God said, "My child its time to come home." When death calls, no age is welcomed or perfect, as your parents, you want your mother, your father, in your lifetime to live forever, here on earth, for as long as you are here on this earth.

 

The service for his mother is next Thursday at the Church of God and Christ. The address is: 545 Chapel Hill Road in Spring Lake, NC.

As we have heard said, no one knows the day or the hour when death comes. Please keep Donnie and his family in your prayers.

  

Donnie, your mother will forever be with you. She will be another angel looking out for you, there to protect you. She's living in glory. She's living with God. Amen.
