I would like to believe that I'm a student & teacher of life. At the beginning of 2007, I relocated from NYC to Charlotte, NC. I've written 4 books of poetry and have just completed my 1st novel. I would like to believe that my life experience may be able to educate others by seeing the world thru my eyes. There's always a point of view, & I'd like to add my flavor. I'm an extremely private person, however, I believe that I can speak for the voices that need to be heard.

The other evening former President Clinton and Chris Rock were both on the David Letterman Show. When Dave asked Bill his feeling about Obama. Bill didn't say Obama's name and went right into saying what Hillary would do. I thought this was strange, myself and I love Bill Clinton but...
| Well when Bill made his exit and entered Mr. Chris Rock. After Chris was seated, he questioned immediately, " Is it me, or he didn't (meaning Bill Clinton) want to say the name Barack Obama?" The audience started to laughed but it was the truth. Chris continued, "He went through everything he could do, well like Hillary would want to do the economy......" He ended his thought, "Hillary ain't running." Then Chris broke it down in proper English, "Hillary's not running. What the hell?" |

You know you have power, when you can get on television and "diss" a person like our former President, Mr. Bill Clinton, and you know, rightfully so. Amen to Mr. Chris Rock. However, I tried to watch his last HBO special that he recorded in three different places around the world. I couldn't get pass the first half hour as every other word was f*ck this and the "N" word that. Call me old fashion, but he can be funny without every other word being a curse word. Chris is a wonderful storyteller, "F' and "N" words aren't necessary. As for the David Letterman incident, Chris was right on target. If you missed it, check it out, Chris also addressed Sarah Palin. It's funny but true. You read it here at GBMNews.com |
