Right around the holidays, the levels of stress and adrenaline worldwide are so high that we all tend to lose a bit of ourselves and forget that this is supposed to be a joyous time. Well, you have made it through and you're doing fine. The next step is to relax.

I've got the perfect CD for clearing away the left over stress. KJ Denhert's Dal Vivo a Umbria Jazz, lifted away my stress and eased me into 2009. I love the minstrel artists that have that warmth that pours out from their soul, into their music, and out to my soul (that's called a soul connection kids).

KJ Denhert has now joined me on a date, several evenings of solitude and recharging, and many moments of reflection. What a gift to receive just the knowledge of KJ Denhert's existence and even better to experience her music and charisma.

Dal Vivo a Umbria Jazz has prose set to acoustic and jazz accompaniment that eases any disposition. The stories that she tells are vivid and imaginative. The way she captures you with lines like, "I'm as tired as my shoes…" tells you the extreme lengths her characters experience life. "Message In A Bottle," sets you on a journey and makes you want to pray that the message is received where it is purposed.

I love the new feel of the Beetle's classic "Ticket To Ride," and everyone's favorite, "Somewhere Over The Rainbow." Don't be afraid to try something new, you might find it more familiar than expected. In fact, you might find with KJ there is something that is so familiar and inviting about her presence that you can almost hear her say, "come here sugah and give me hug." KJ Denhert gives you a huge loving hug with her music and stories of life.
