Along with these simple laws Simmons adds that the practice of daily Yoga over the last 10 years has allowed him to reach a higher level of personal fulfillment. In fact he credits yoga as one of the biggest single experience in his life that has contributed to the betterment of his Life. Simmons is of the view that the key to success lies within us all and we only need to harness it and tap into it in order to reach that higher plane saying, "I really do believe that we all possess happiness and success in our hearts, and we know these laws instinctively," in fact Simmons takes little credit for himself even regarding this book defining it as a reminder guide to help us access the tremendous power inside us, which to me suggests that rather than thinking of himself as a teacher, he is merely looking at himself as someone who is reminding us of something we already know.
