From the moment of conception the inevitable starts; alas no one lives forever. In reality we all are dying for something to live for. We are challenged to discover a purpose for a life among 6.5 billion sum odd other lives. It would seem an insurmountable task to find such a fine tailored and specific goal. However, as the world is unlimited in its secrets so are the purposes detailed for each of our lives.
What is the acceptable and appropriate age to "KNOW" your purpose? Does everyone have a purpose or are some of us nothing more than extras in a life starring someone else? How do you manage time that is not guaranteed to you? At this very moment and time what does your past say about your purpose? How important is your life to the well being and meaning of any other person's life? What is your legacy?
One of my greatest fears is to be found "useless". I want to make and have made a difference that is impacting long past my mortal existence. I want my "giving" to grow exponentially in the hands of those I impart it to. I want what I do when no one is looking to be bigger than those visible deeds that garner public accolades. I want to leave a "LIFE PRINT" on souls, minds and hearts that implore, encourage and promote higher thought, higher reach, higher expectation and higher achievement. In doing so then I will be satisfied that my dying and living was not in vain.
I challenge you to require of yourself a life lived with passion, integrity commitment, love and laughter. If you have not determined what your purpose is I implore you to find it! An easy way to find your purpose is to acknowledge your passion. Passion as it relates to purpose is defined as “that which you give to with your time, emotion, devotion and love without the slightest need and or desire for reciprocation”, that my friend is how you identify your passion. It is your responsibility to make your life count for something. Your time is in your hands; what will you make of it?
