Good body starts with a Good Diet. Training starts at home with what is contained in your cabinets... let me give you a few tips to help you develop the body you always wanted.

Good Muscle starts with Good Diet - Everyday Fitness

Everyday Fitness

Any successful fitness regime starts and ends with diet and nutrient. Working out and training 2 times daily for 2 hours complete with cardio, will be a wasted effort, if you are consuming High fatty foods, like McDonald's, and foods heavy in Carbohydrates such as some pasta, rice and potatoes. Foods with high sugars and colas.
You want all aspects of your life to support your work out regime, diet, nutrient and proper rest. Our bodies are like machines that require good health fuels for good performance and growth. What you fuel your machine with is important.

Machines fueled with high fat, sugars, fried foods, and heavy carbohydrates will defeat your efforts in the gym. Machines fueled with High protein, simple carbohydrates, low fat and low sugar will benefit your gym training.

Your daily diets can consist of these in any combination

  • Breakfast: Eggs, Oatmeal, fruit, bagels or bread
  • Lunch: Turkey, Tuna, or Chicken with vegetables
  • Snack: Fruit with a protein shake
  • Dinner: Fish, chicken or beef with vegetables
  • Snack: Fruit and Protein shake
This plan worked for trimming down and getting cut. A plan for mass muscle building would consist of large intakes of Whey protein, much larger meals more frequently. This dietary plan is what worked for me.

Changing your diet is something that will not happen over night. It took me 6 months to be able to adhere to my diet. 3 Small but full meals during the day and a protein shake in between meals to keep your metabolism active

So start practicing a good diet, don't worry if you slip and fall off the diet, it happens , we are all human. Just dont give up on the diet. Keep practicing it.

Next time we talk Training for more muscle mass or training for sheered and cut muscle.
