To make it even more sickening, I told my friends that my phone will be off the entire time. Of course “the kids” went up! “WHAT!” “Suppose something happens?” “Then I will just call.”
My secret place was New Orleans, LA. I spent 5 days at the Ambassador Hotel (3 star). The hotel provided: valet parking, gym privileges, unlimited long distant and local calling and unlimited access to the internet. They call this the communication package. Which was 6.95 a day, plus my room. I was out about 300 bucks for a 5 day stay.
I went to hotels.com and found the hotel. Come to find out it was only four blocks from the quarters and basically across the street from the casino. So, I was like “OK!” this is where I need to be. BOOKED!
I drove in from I-65 east and as I was driving in, I could still the devastation from Katrina. You can look to your left and right and see piles and piles of rubble, blown out windows still and blocked roads. The places where they have had low income homes now have condos and 100k homes.
The spirit of New Orleans is still there, just not as strong. The people are still friendly and cordial. I took 100 in cash and the rest was on credit card. I had a pretty good time. I didn’t go and meet anyone, and I went alone. It was totally me time. I ate at café du monde, landries, gumbo file and a few others. I spend majority of my time at the casino and walking thru the quarters, gas is 3.20 in New Orleans, so I pretty much stayed still.
I got my freak on just about daily except for a day or so. I did the peep show twice and the bath house twice. And yall, they grow them BIG down there. I was like oh my goodness! What a monster you have. But all in all the guys were pretty nice.
The boys actually had jobs and did fairly well, unlike the dudes here in my city who just wants to be taken care of by either gender. And they were actually nice; you know how the boys can have a tude with ya.
The
final stay, the next morning, I ate at Orleans restaurant for
breakfast, had a delicious meal and coffee. Relieved, stress free and
content, I left and headed back.
Home.
ONLY when I got back did i disclose where I went.
